When are you all going to accept the truth that these beautiful ancient devatas are of African origin? The "Lion of Buddah" has already revealed it in Angkor Wat amongst the gorious Temple of God. These are the daughters of the Black "BUDDAH!!! Lions are not from Asia...they are from Africa! You can also visit any urban inner city in America and see the images of these women walking around in the flesh every day...beautiful large lips, wide noses, same facial features, large shapely (big) hips with definition, small waistlines, large thighs & thin calves, upsweep coarse hairstyles (not long flowing hair that you see today in Asia), braids, large earrings, smooth reddish/brown skintones, fashion consciousness, hats, large jewelry and a walk with a swagger. I'm talking about FINE!!! If you can identify any other "majority of women" in the world who can fit this total description, please let it be known to the world. I'm talking about natural beautiful bodies, not plastic! Wake up people....GOD is good! Peace and Amen !!!

A great comment and thank you for reading our articles. We updated the map notes to call attention to this situation.

Yes, these Khmer temples are part of a dispute between Thailand and Cambodia. The problem is that all Khmer temples were built by the great Khmer civilization based in Angkor before the 14th century. The Khmers established government in SE Asia before the modern countries of Cambodia and Thailand existed.

Andy Brouwer wrote a detailed article about the situation in 2008:

In Feb 2010 Prime Minister Hun Sen planned to visit the Ta Muen Thom but cancelled the visit when the Thais restricted his security detail
